Fungi Origin currently delivers within Ontario, Canada only.

We are working to expand delivery to other regions soon.

2. GTA Delivery Fees

Orders of $350 CAD or more qualify for free delivery in the Greater Toronto Area.

For orders below $350, a $50 CAD delivery fee is added at checkout.

For customers outside the GTA but within Ontario, delivery availability and fees vary based on location and order size.

Online payment currently serves GTA delivery addresses. Please contact us for delivery options elsewhere in Ontario.

Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days after payment is received.

Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location, order volume, weather conditions, and other factors outside our control.

Once your order is confirmed, we may contact you to arrange or confirm delivery details.

Please ensure your delivery address, phone number, and email address are accurate when placing your order.

Fungi Origin is not responsible for delays or failed delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.

Additional fees may apply for rescheduling or redelivery.

If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with your order details and photos where applicable.
